Shipping and Returns
SHIPPING
All Orders placed via our website will be shipped with Australia Post. We are currently only offering shipping within Australia. Each order will be packaged with the funnest of packaging and an accompanying thank you card.
Rates:
Standard - $10.00
Express - $15.00
Free Standard Shipping - Orders over $60.00
For standard delivery please allow 5-7 business days once you receive notification that your order has been dispatched.
For express delivery please allow 1-3 working days once you receive notification that your order has been dispatched.
All online orders have a 1-2 processing time and will be shipped from Monday - Friday. If you place an Order following Fridays postage run your order will be shipped the following Monday.

We are excited to offer our local customers a Click and Collect Service, because really who likes paying shipping!
Please Note: We are located in Mildura.
Once your order has been packaged and ready for collection you will receive a notification from us.
RETURNS POLICY

Haus of Charmz will ONLY accept returns, exchanges or refunds if your returned items meet all of the following criteria:
- Returns are received within fourteen days of receiving your order; and
- Items are received back to us in their original packaging and unused.
We will not accept returns of any damaged items.
Please Note: All shipping fees associated with any returns/ refunds or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
Once your item has been received by the Haus of Charmz HQ you will be notified, we will inspect returned items and immediately refund you or coordinate an exchange.
